Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

DC PARFUMS is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. DC PARFUMS is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.
